For those who purchased through Peatix : Please present the QR code to receive your Entry Pass.At the General Information Desk or Shimoyoshida Station Information Desk.
For those purchasing on-site on the day of the event : Please make the payment and collect your Entry Pass at the General Information Desk or Shimoyoshida Station Information Desk. (only cash)
■ Notes regarding the Entry Pass
・Each Entry Pass is valid for one person only, and the person’s name must be registered on the pass
・You can use it once for each venue, and it’s also valid for use across multiple days. However, please note that re-entry to a venue that has already been stamped on the same day is not allowed.
・At some of the free venues, there is no need to present an Entry Pass.
・Transfer, distribution, refunds, and reissue are not allowed.
・Reselling for profit is strictly prohibited under any circumstances
・In the event of fraudulent activities related to the use of this ticket, it may be considered invalid, and entry may be denied.
・The organizers, venue, and performers are not responsible for any accidents, theft, or incidents that occur inside or outside the venue.
・In case of natural disasters such as typhoons, maintenance, or other reasons that may lead to the suspension of the exhibition.
・we may have to cancel the display of artworks. We do not provide any compensation for travel expenses, including cancellation fees, related to event cancellations or delays.
・Some venues may not be accessible for wheelchairs or strollers. For more details, please visit the official website.
・There are general parking lots around the venue, but they have limited capacity. We kindly ask you to use public transportation. Furthermore, we strongly discourage drinking and driving for those arriving by car.
